Grand Relaunch Celebration of the Historic Windmill at the Mill Museum on Route 66

Come celebrate the grand relaunch of the Historic Windmill at the Mill Museum on Route 66 at 738 St. Washington St., Lincoln, Illinois on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 from 11 am to 3pm.

The windmill sails have been rebuilt to provide lighting and motion as they had in the 1940’s. This free celebration will feature tours of the Museum, an Antique and Classic Car Show, Route 66 music, and food vendors that will have available for purchase a Schnitzel Sandwich in honor of The Mill’s most famous item in addition to other choices.
