Join us at Rader Family Farms on Sunday, November 1st for the final day of our Fall Season and help us send those pumpkins out with a SMASH!

THE MONSTER TRUCK IS BACK! – 10 am – 5pm (Admission to the farm is required to access the Monster Truck)
Get ready for rides, thrills and plenty of excitement with Wheels of Freedom! Monster truck rides are available for an additional rider fee, payable directly to Wheels of Freedom.
2 yrs and under ride free on the lap of a paid adult
3 yrs and up $15/rider payable directly to Wheels of Freedom. Accepts Cash or Card (with a 3% fee)
Rides are generally 1.5 minutes long
SAFE TRICK-OR-TREATING | 10:00 AM–12:30 PM
Come dressed in your favorite family-friendly costume and bring your own bag as you make your way through the farm collecting treats at our safe trick-or-treat stations!

Orange Crush is part of the regular Rader Family Farms fall experience and takes place inside the farm. General admission or a Season Pass to Rader Family Farms is required to participate in the Orange Crush activities inside the farm.
PUMPKIN CRANE AND CANDY DROP | 4:30 PM
THE GREAT PUMPKIN DROP & CANDY CRANE DROP!
We’re going BIG for the final day of fall at Rader Family Farms! Watch as a massive wooden crate filled with hundreds of pounds of pumpkins is hoisted high into the air by a crane – then dropped onto a vehicle below in a pumpkin-smashing finale!
And just when you think the excitement is over… it’s time for the Candy Crane Drop!
Bring your bags, gather the family, and get ready for a sweet surprise as candy rains down to help us celebrate one unforgettable final day of fall!

Rader Family Farms is teaming up with the University of Illinois Extension and SCARCE for a pumpkin recycling event!
When Halloween is over, don’t send those Jack-O-Lanterns to the landfill. Bring them to Rader Family Farms for free pumpkin recycling – and, if you want, a FREE pumpkin smash!
FREE PUMPKIN RECYCLING & SMASH
Bring your pumpkins and Jack-O-Lanterns to the recycling dumpster located in the Rader Family Farms parking lot.
The pumpkin recycling and pumpkin smashing at the recycling dumpster are FREE and open to the public. You do NOT need to purchase admission to Rader Family Farms to drop off or smash a pumpkin at the recycling area.
Please remove candles, lights, decorations and any other non-compostable materials before bringing your pumpkin to the recycling area.
