Route 66 Untold Stories: Joliet Bus Trip

The Illinois State Museum Society is celebrating the centennial of the Mother Road with a series of bus trips exploring the culture and history that grew along the iconic highway. Our second trip takes us north to Joliet, where we will delve into the Great Migration, the work of Ida B. Wells, and Illinois’s influence on rock and roll.

Lunch at Juliet’s Tavern
Joliet Area Historical Museum
Illinois Rock and Roll Museum on Route 66
