The Carlinville Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce a brand-new summer tradition: Taste of Carlinville — a one-night street festival celebrating local flavor, community connection, and small-town charm after dark. This event marks the grand finale of Carlinville’s most vibrant weekend of the year — Super Summer Weekend — and invites residents and visitors to gather on East Main for an evening of incredible food, music, and fun! Tasting Stations & Food Trucks – Sample signature fare from Food Trucks and Tasting Stations by Chamber-member restaurants, . Come hungry! There’s something for everyone! Food available 5pm-8pm. Live Music by Miles Station Fan favorite Miles Station takes the stage from 6:30 to 9:30pm, bringing high-energy entertainment and a perfect soundtrack to your summer night. From a Pre-Party in Daley Alley, to Taste of Carlinville for a feast of food trucks and tasting stations, then as the sun sets, Miles Station turns up the vibe with live music and even more surprises.
