Finally Firkin Springfest 2025

Springfield, IL – On Saturday, April 5th, 2025, Obed & Isaac’s Microbrewery will present the annual Finally Firkin Springfest, an exciting event dedicated to celebrating the craft and camaraderie of the local brewing community. This festival is designed to bring together craft beer novices, enthusiasts, brewers, and connoisseurs for an afternoon of unique cask ales, live entertainment, and community connection.

Finally Firkin Springfest is a local event, spotlighting the exceptional talent and creativity of breweries from Springfield, Illinois, and the surrounding region. Brewers will offer a selection of distinctive cask ales served from traditional pins (4.5 gallons) and firkins (9 gallons), showcasing innovative and experimental brews crafted especially for this event.

In keeping with Obed & Isaac’s commitment to supporting the local community, a portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit local animal rescue charities, providing a meaningful way for attendees to enjoy great beer while contributing to worthwhile causes.

The festival will take place in the beer garden of Obed & Isaac’s Microbrewery, located at 500 South 6th St., Springfield, IL, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Guests can expect a welcoming atmosphere, opportunities to meet and learn from local brewers, and the chance to enjoy fresh, one-of-a-kind craft beers.
