The Fountain on 66 is Springfield’s newest retro diner, serving up classic American favorites. Owner Tom Hart has opened his latest venture, which is in the old Sonrise Donuts location on South 9th Street (Route 66). Hart already owns and operates The Stadium Smokehouse Bar and Grill on Peoria Road, which is also located on Route 66 across from the Route 66 State Fairgrounds Experience.
