National Travel & Tourism Week KMOV Great Day Event at The Wildey
Celebrate National Travel & Tourism Week with KMOV’s Great Day St. Louis team and the Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau at The Wildey Theatre on Friday, May 8 during a live television event!
The fun starts early when the doors of this historic theatre open at 7:30 a.m. Attendees can enjoy pastries and coffee provided by 222 Artisan Bakery. The Great Day live show will begin at 9 a.m.
This year’s celebration highlights the Centennial celebration of Route 66 across Illinois and along The Last 100 Miles of Route 66 in southwest Illinois.
Live guests on the show will include Casey Claypool from the Illinois Route 66 Scenic Byway and representatives from Visit Springfield, Visit Bloomington Normal and Heritage Corridor Destinations.
The public is invited to attend and be part of this live celebration!
