On October 13, 2023, Conn’s Hospitality Group will open the doors of Vinegar Hill Mall with the Grand Opening to Trish & Mary’s Public House. A private soft opening for family and friends will be held earlier that week. Trish & Mary’s, an English-style pub, is located two blocks south of the capitol at 107 W Cook St., Ste A, inside Vinegar Hill Mall. The pub is the first business to open in the complex as part of Conn Hospitality Group’s planned revitalization of Vinegar Hill Mall.
The pub and indoor beer garden at Trish & Mary’s will focus on imported beers and liquors and live international and European football, World Cup and American soccer. The pub will operate Tuesday through Thursday from 4pm – 10pm, Friday from 3pm – 11pm and Saturday from 11am – 11pm.
