The 2023 Progressive American Flat season will conclude in epic fashion on Labor Day weekend with the Springfield Mile I & II on September 2-3. Long considered the crown jewel of the Progressive AFT schedule, the Springfield Mile offers up the perfect blend of speed and strategy tied to history and tradition. If possible, this year’s visit to the Illinois State Fairgrounds takes on extra significance as it doubles as the season finale.
