Preserving History, Closing the Financial Gap: A Historic Tax Credit Workshop

(DSI) for an engaging 2-hour, in-person workshop designed for property owners, developers, municipal leaders, and community advocates who want to unlock the potential of historic buildings. Following the workshop, Project 1:1s will take place, allowing attendees to bring project details and receive onsite input.
Lunch will be provided, along with time to network with peers and share experiences and ideas.
