The USDA estimates that more than 150 food crops in the U.S. depend on pollinators, including almost all fruit and grain crops. Crops dependent on pollination are worth more than $10 billion per year. Celebrate Pollinator Week and hear about what the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Illinois Route 66 Scenic Byway groups are doing to help increase habitat for monarchs.
