Futures in History Camp

Are you looking for a fun and unique opportunity for your kiddos this summer? Then look no further than the McLean County Museum of History’s Futures in History Camp! Registration for the 2023 FiHC is now open! The Museum will be offering two, out-of-this-world day camp sessions this year. Each 5-day camp experience includes facilitation by Museum staff and other experts, all materials needed for hands-on learning, meals and snacks, fun, and more!

Registration for FiHC is open to any area campers entering 4th, 5th, and 6th grades who are eager to explore the many futures a career in history can offer. During each of the five days, campers will explore a different career in the field of History, including Civics and Advocacy, Archaeology, Architecture, Museum Studies, and Preservation.

FiHC will take place June 12-16 and July 10-14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and each session will have 15 students. Registration is $250 per camper. Households get a discounted price for each additional camper they register. Full scholarships are available for campers whose household’s annual income is less than $36,000 a year. To register, visit https://bit.ly/FiHC2023.
