Atlanta’s Christmas on Route 66 Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting – Christmas on Route 66, year #2!
Join us for a festive parade, the Sunday following Thanksgiving, kicking off at approximately 4:30pm. This year’s theme is “White Christmas.”
The parade route will begin at Nutrien Ag Solutions
Continue down Arch Street
Right onto N Elm Street
Right onto East Street
Right onto E South Street
Continue down Arch Street
Right onto N Elm Street
Right onto East Street
Right onto E South Street
The annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will commence at the conclusion of the parade in Route 66 Park. The tree will be in front of the red ticket booth inside the park.
Complimentary cookies and hot chocolate will be available inside the Welcome Center on Arch Street.
The holiday market inside Union Hall (114 SW Arch Street) will go until the conclusion of the tree lighting.
The parade and lighting are free to attend.
