Route 66 Memory Lane

A one mile stretch of original Route 66 (Parade Rd) that was dedicated in 1926, has been restored back to the 1940’s era with vintage billboard and Burma Shave signs. It can be walked year-round and is open to vehicular traffic during festivals.

Recently, the famous billboards along Memory Lane have all been refurbished by the City of Lexington.
