Illinois is Back Expostion 2015 this Sunday and Monday in Springfield

This Sunday and Monday, in conjunction with the inauguration of Bruce Rauner as the new governor of Illinois, there will be an "Illinois is Back Exposition 2015" in downtown Springfield. Exhibitors will include Illinois businesses and also the Illinois Route 66 Scenic Byway, Looking for Lincoln and the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau. Expo hours are Sunday, January 11 from Noon-2:00p.m. & 4:00 to 6:00p.m. and Monday, January 12 from 8:00 to 11:00a.m. & 1:00 to 3:00p.m. "The Circuit Rider" Harley-Davidson custom motorcycle, that celebrates the legacy of Abraham Lincoln, will also be on display, courtesy of Dick Levi of LRS Web Solutions in Springfield.

The expo will be housed in a 250' long by 40' wide heated tent located east of Washington Street between 8th Street and 9th Street, directly adjacent to the Prairie Capital Convention Center.
